Description The construction of the boiler is well thought out. Wood is loaded into the boiler through the middle door. In the upper part of the boiler, there are smoke passages with flame tubes, which gives the boiler high efficiency and at the same time ensures easy cleaning. The rear section of the bottom of the boiler is designed for burning pellets. Pellets are fed into the combustion bowl of the boiler using a transport screw at the bottom of the container. The primary air fan ensures the amount of air required for the pellet combustion process. The boiler is equipped with a flue gas fan. The boiler is insulated with mineral wool and covered with heat-resistant powder paint. The maximum pressure of the boiler is 2,5 bar and the maximum operating temperature is 90C. There are reflectors at the back of the boiler to increase combustion efficiency. By adding turbulators to the boiler's flame pipes, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the boiler by 7-10%. It is mandatory to use a safety valve with a pressure of 2,5 bar when connecting the boiler.
